The above attorneys were appointed by Nedbank to do my clients bond. The first contact person resigned and our emails remained unanswered until we follows up telephonically, from thereon we had to enquire all the time on progress of this matter, their staff goes on leave for 2 weeks and no one attends to their files. Today we sent several emails to no avail, telephones unanswered once again. Information on their website outdated and non existing. I will definitely let Nedbank know about this puterate service. They should not be on the banks panels with this level of service.
