The worst company ever. It's been 1 year and 9 months and my late father estate hadn't been resolved. Please, please, take my advice and never, never use this company that ABSA Trust Ltd pointed yo finalise my late father estate. The service is not good and you pay for bad servic3. They clearly hired very *********** employees wich don't get back yo you with positief answers. Now I'm suffering because they do things they supposed to do. Claire Jones secretary to A Kleinen at the company just send mail back with note that say "Noted". Mr. Barend Venter forward his mails to Portia Khumalo and she don't answer any of my mails. Please DO NOT USE ABSA TRUST LTD FOR ANY ESTATE. GET A BROKER TO HELP YOU!! ABSA APPOINT SCHUMANN VAN DEN HEEVER & SLABBERT ING/INC AND THAT IS NOT GOOD. THIS IS ONE LONG STRUGGLE.
