Schumann, Van den Heever and Slabbert law firm

I have been struggling with this law firm and find their manner of communicating to their clients quite unsatisfactory. A claims payment was made on 6 March 2018. It was then refered to the Master on 19 March as it was part of my late husbands estate. I was told by Ms Victor from the firm that the claim had to lay at the Maste for 21 days. It is now 12 weeks later and can get no answer as to what is going on. I have attempted to phone Ms Victor numerous times and usually get told that she will call me back. She hardly ever retuns my phone calls but when Ms Victor does phone me back she tells me things that just don't add up. The excuses are that they are off lime, the Master doesn't answer the phone, or that they sent a few claims at once so it will take time. Ms Victor has told ne numerous times that a correspondent will be going through to the master that week and she will contact me not I contact her. I wouldn't have to try contact her if she actually did get back to me. I find their manner of dealing with clients and lack of communication unproffessional.
