Awesome Service

I am a regular client at Shulman's , have been for many years, I had a problem with an item that I have bought there and when I went and told them about it and was not expecting much as the item was used but I really wanted to bring to their attention that there is a problem with this item and they should make a note of it. They took the item analysed it and replaced me with a brand new unit. The replacement wasn't the remarkable impact that the store had on me but it was the service. David actually took time out to assist all clients when they need opinion or assistance in getting an item out of your reach.
