Poor service

I have experienced such poor service from Schuinvilla, being diagnosed as covid positive we expected to get good service but got very poor service, being told they will deliver today or tomorrow, no compassion for the health and well-being for their customers. We depended on them as we were isolating at home, what a dissapointment.
