Problems with my car I dont even drive 1 year

I dont recommend Schubart Motors at all, last year march I bought my VW Polo 1.6 2012 model from them, with a SA extended warrenty. Firstly I drove the car for 6 months and heard a rattle knocking sound from the front if I drive on an ugly road I took the car back and the mechanic there told me he didnt hear anyting, drove it like that for another 3 months and the sound is even worse. When I call the garage to ask if the can help me fix my car on the warrenty they told there is nothing they can do for me, and ive waited for feed back from the mechanic at Schubart motors. Eventually I decided to call him myself and he told me they cant help me but my stearing rack needs to.be replaced. This is very bad service from them they cant even rever me to an IRP registered mechanic , Ive spoken to the owner as well he was so rude and told me my car is not under warranty and when I called his lady in the office she told me I have a warranty at SA Warranty! I even made the offer to buy the parts and the Mechanic to fit it for me and yet no service!
