Nightmare delays for 3 months

What a nightmare! I put a significant order on Jan 17 it's now May, still haven't recieved all my deliveries. I got absolutely no feedback, I had to chase them for my deliveries having paid everything in full and upfront. With all these delays from Schreuder Transportation Company my project was delayed by three months. Then came time for refund so I could at least continue with other suppliers as they are unable to deliver.It's been 3 weeks since my request and guess what? Still not paid. Zero Stars don't risk your project, especially if it's large one.
