"Hope you have a wonderful day working on other peoples nerve"

I emailed Schrade Concept on whether they will be able to assist me in laser cutting aluminium, brass and copper, to which they rep**** to me and send me my quotation for my desired amount and order. I soon there after made the payment to them of a sum of just over R1200, up to this point emails were fairly regular and everything was going according to plan. After I made the payment, they said they will send me my tax invoice, after 2 days of no reply, I emailed them again and asked them to please forward me my tax invoice, they rep**** and sent it to me. I then inquired about how long my items will take, to which 2 weeks lead time was rep****, (I made my payment the 24th of July) They then told me I can expect my parcel to be leaving their premises ONLY on the 15th of August, which is 3 weeks from the date that I made my payment, I emailed them and inquired about this, because surely 2 weeks lead time means 2 week till my order is started with and finished with, they rep**** to me last week (The week of the 1st of August) telling me there are still a lot of work to be done on their side before they can start with my order, and that my parcel will be finished +- by the 15th, furiously, I emailed them and told them that is not how it works, as a week has already past and my order hasn't even been touched yet, I then reminded them that my project / order was 2 weeks lead time, and not 3+. After this point I had to send multiple emails, as they were not answering my emails AT ALL. Today I got the very snarky and very rude email that my order has (luckily and thankfully) been sent to me, the intro line into the email was "Hope you had a wonderful day working on other peoples nerves" Well this is truly an excellent way to apologies for not responding to my emails, failure to send me my tax invoice (before I had to email them requesting it, since i never received it in the first place) and a great way to say sorry for being so eager to take my money, and very less eager to actually make my items.
