bad service

I would like to know why schoonraad states that i have not paid them anything when my bank statements show payments to them???? now i have attorneys and curators telling me I haven't paid schoonraad anything and that my assets are going to be removed??? please tell me how my bank statements show R7001.00 paid to your account but you haven't received them. please also tell me why not one single person has contacted me except the lovely ladies at the curator...… ********** service
