Customer satisfaction

I bought a tray of naartjies containing a few naartjies that was old and not juicy as usual. I complained to them via email and they responded promptly delivering a gift package proofing the quality of their product. That shows me that they love their product and will ensure any customer complaint is addressed to client satisfaction. Well done and thanks to Gert Upton and Marlise Alberts.
