Box Oranges

My daughter send a mail to Schoonbee Landgoed to inform them that the nartjies we bought were not very tasty and with in a day they responded to her mail and thanked her for informing them. They asked her for our details and yesterday they send one of there delivery trucks to deliver a big box of succulent oranges to our home address. We did not expect a box of oranges or any thing for that matter, we just wanted to inform them about the nartjies that were not very tasty. This is the kind of service other companies in South Africa can learn from. Thank you again to the driver Kees and the marketing guy Gert for this. Schoonbee Landgoed is a amazing company. People tend to complain very easily - but this is a compliment well deserved!
