Worst customer service ever

It has been an on going battle with this online company since 18 December, I placed an order for over R1000 worth of school stationery and only received a handful of items ordered. I have been in contact with Wayne via email and telephonically and since yesterday I have been dealing with Nadia. When I spoke to Nadia she seemed on top of things but was I wrong, I still have no feedback regarding my order.They just don't get back to you at all, no communication. My kids went to school today without stationery. They had empty backpacks.. how embarrassing. <br> <br> Never ever will I place an order from this company again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
