One broken promise after the other

My daughter starts school for the first time ever today. We ordered the full stationery list provided by the school from [URL Removed] at the end of November 2015. We were given an initial delivery date of 18th December. This date changed with excuses everytime we phoned them. We even offered to come and collect the stationery ourselves but were assured again. I waited up until 12 pm for a 'special delivery which never happened. This is hugely embarrassing for us and humiliating for my daughter.
