False Advertising and Delivered Wrong Product

On ordering a \Drawing Board\" online and promptly paying via credit card, I had to follow up a number of days later to check what had happened re: my order. Eventually a product was delivered, but this was not the product that I believed I'd ordered. It would appear that the wrong picture was linked to the item code - apparently this'd happened before. Despite the fact that this was not my fault, I was not given any option about been given a replacement product and paying in the difference, but was promised a refund and told I'd have to order the other product (with no picture online). They'd collect the wrong product later.<br> Despite the promised refund, I have had absolutely no further communication from the Company, despite numerous emails requesting feedback etc. I haven't even had any communication about uplifting the incorrectly advertised/delivered product.<br> Nothing whatsoever from this company.... I will not be doing business with this company in the future...."
