Disgusting service and no refund

Ordered off the website and had the incorrect item delivered twice! Asked for incorrect product to be picked up and was informed this would happen with a refund...NOTHING has happened! This order was placed in December 2015 and now in February 2016 I still have NOTHING and they ignore all correspondence!<br> Disgusting service!
