Service sucks

I paid for my order Dec 2024 and it's now Jan 14th 2025. School starts tomorrow and I have received no updates, no response on WhatsApp and no confirmed dates as to when my children will have their stuff. They do not respond on WhatsApp and take forever to reply via email. I would not recommend anyone to use their services
