Is Schooljobsoverseas a ****?
Is Schooljobsoverseas a ****, and are the glowing reviews on Hellopeter ****? I don't know the answer to that, but something about this organisation definitely seems a bit off. Myself and several people on Trustpilot (you can read their reviews there, scroll to the bottom of the page) received the same response: you apply, they respond that there is interest in you BUT you need to pay for your CV etc to be translated into Spanish. They provide an impossibly confusing list of official translators you could contact but of course, it is so much easier (and cheaper apparently) if they can do it for you. There is no contract, no firm job offer and no guarantee that the company which expressed interest in you will actually reimburse you for the translation. Schooljobsoverseas seems to be on a special drive to recruit South Africans. Is it legit? It could be a good place to work for - but look at the negative reviews on Trustpilot, be very careful and decide for yourself.

21 Sept 2020, 06:47This is Colombia, we are a Colombian business. The language is Spanish, clients will expect to receive applications in Spanish (common courtesy). The UK Trade & Investment Guide advises introductions should be in Spanish.
True, many clients (not all), will require documents translated to Spanish and teachers are free to select whoever they desire. We simply attach a list of the Official Translators for Spain. This is not "our confusing list" as imp****, but a Spanish Government download.
Our suggested translation company is not cheaper, who said cheaper? Obviously, being situated in Colombia offers benefits (saves time and International courier charges), clients make their own investigations, then make an informed decision. Do not mislead by using words "of course".
My experience of life suggests that job applications are contrived first, then job offers may follow, not in reverse order. Our teachers are in the application process. and clients expect to read their applications in Spanish.
Translation costs, if contracted are reimbursed.
We are paid on results, It is in our mutual interest that translated papers be delivered to clients smoothly. We use a preferred provider but our relationship is no different to a UK law firm who will have close connections with their preferred Barristers Chambers, "CLIENTS INTEREST"

Why do you hide behind false names? First, it`s Jenny, now Louise G, Whatever, Sharon or Tracy, or whoever you are, In all my time in business I have had 6 negative reviews, and you account for 33% of those.
The remaining 4 comments, in the 16 months that this site has been functioning are from people who have never used our services and cannot be verified or have failed to provide further details.
If I was in the business of writing **** reviews, by now, (after 6 months) I would have written boatloads of negative comments about your business sotograndewriters.com. Not my style!
Imagine, your webpage was created in 2013 and has no reviews, good or bad, it`s lifeless! When you visit your testimonials page, not one testimonial. Simply a blank text page in Latin:
