Jessica passed your earlier message to me to offer advice. Salomè, spoke with the client this morning to find out what the problem is, and I can report the following:
You are a resident in Colombia, correct? and have asked that payments are deposited into your Colombian bank account. Please confirm? Because of this, and since you are a Colombian tax resident they have asked for a copy of your RUT. Please understand that they need this to legalise payments and make retenciones where required.
