From Trust to Betrayal: A Cautionary Tale

I initially gave School of Life a 5-star review, believing in their promises and services. However, my experience took a drastic turn, revealing a disappointing reality.

I purchased multiple courses and paid for Coachify setup fees, expecting professional support and valuable content. What I received were broken links and incomplete files. After requesting a refund, I was only offered a partial refund for the setup fees, which I declined, opting instead for the correct files. Despite their promises, I never received the complete course content.

Communication was another significant issue. After pointing out the missing files and receiving an apology, I continued to follow up without any substantial response. The files that eventually arrived were utterly useless, not worth the resources spent on them. I had to cease all advertising and usage of their materials due to their poor quality.

Additionally, their corporate assistance was equally disappointing. Despite their teachings of "taking full accountability," they failed to provide accurate information or realistic solutions, ignoring the effort and expense I invested in promoting their products.

This experience has been emotionally and financially damaging. The trust and loyalty I had for School of Life have been irrevocably scarred. While I will recover financially, the lesson learned from this painful ordeal will stay with me.
