School of Etiquette?????

<p>School of Etiquette, what a promise of a professional establishment. What a shock to realize that they are able to teach etiquette, but lack professionalism and etiquette themselves. I tried to postpone training, as I could not attend due to a personal problem, but was told that I would either have to forfeit the R4950 paid or pay an additional R2400. How is this good etiquette, I had a very valid reason, and could not forsee that this situation would occur. They were not very accommodating.</p>
