Advanced school of locksmithing is a nightmare to handle

I've attended an advanced locksmithing course with the school in 2020. The course went well they were exceptionally in providing the training I learned a lot. However it's been three years now going to the fourth since I've completed the course, now I'm I'm a cat and mouse race with the owner of the school (Pedro Alves) who's been sending me from pillar to post about getting my trade certificate. I even went to SASSETA but that was also a fruitless exercise as the referred me back to the school citing reasons that the school didn't submit all the relevant documents. The course is above R40 000!!!this is a lot of money for such inconvenience. My employer paid for me to attend this course now their on my neck to pay back the money since I can't produce the trade certificate. The owner of the school is even avoiding my calls
