completely unreliable

<p>I waited for over 3 months to get a reply from School link with regards to assisting in transporting my children from school back home. When i eventually got hold of someone, Joseph, he gauranteed me a spot. I told him i was only going to need his services from February, to which he agreed. after sending through ALL my documentation as requested, he lets me know today (the first day he needs to transport my kids) that his combi is full and he isn't able to assist. Becareful of School link... I am disgusted and will ensure EVERYONE i talk to knows about it.</p>
