Unhappy parent

I bought my kids winter uniform at the School and Leisure branch in Lonehill Fourways, Johannesburg on the 1st of June and when the kids tried the uniforms on the sizes were either too big or too small. I then decided to return the uniforms and get my money back the following day but when I got to the store I was told that they could not give me a refund because the value of my purchase was too high. So they could only refund me if my purchase was R500 or less ; my purchase was R2600. There was no sign in the store that said I couldn’t get my money back and when I asked to speak to the store manager she wasn’t there and when I called her she refused to speak to me and **** that she was in a meeting. I am still fighting for my money today and want to warn people about this branch. Hopefully our SGB can’t consider finding another uniform supplier because this supplier treats us like *******.
