Skirt labelled incorrectly

<p>I took my daughter in to try on skirts and the size 31 fitted her so I went back later in the week to get her a size 31. She previously had a size 28. We took the skirt in to Lady Marmalade in Kraaifontein to be shortened, we always take our skirts there. When I got the skirt back, it was too small.</p> <p>I phoned the lady who did alterations and she clearly did not alter its size only the length, she did not charge for extra alterations only the hem to be shortened.</p> <p>I just came from your Willow-bridge branch, and the lady measured my daughters old 28 with the 31 that I purchased from your store and they're exactly the same size! Clearly this tells me the skirt was labelled incorrectly. She said that she could do nothing and had to send the skirt in for evaluation and I will only know by Tuesday. I purchased another 31 however I am returning it on Monday if not later today. I have spent money on petrol and two skirts! </p>
