Shocking Service - School and Leisure Heathway Centre

Good day I would like to highlight the shocking service provided by School and Leisure Heathway Centre.

I placed a special order for my daughters school uniform in January.

To date the uniform still has not been received.

Following up just about weekly as well as going into the store in person to find out today - 12 weeks after placing the order not once but twice. That upfront payment needs to be make before the order can be placed.

Once payment is made they can try and have the order ready within 4 weeks after they get authorisation from head office.

Absolutely shocking!!!
