School & leisure poor service delivery

I have been struggling to get school clothes for my son since start of April. Unfortunately our school uniforms are only available from this retailer. I have never struggled to get school uniforms from the other retailers. Promises were made first week in May. Four weeks later, still nothing. Our kids have to wear their shorts to school as the winter uniforms have not been in stock for the last two months. No urgency from their side.
