Went to go buy sport shirt for my 9 year old. Asked the lady if I can return it as he wasn't with me at the time to which she said yes. Went to return it an hour later. They didn't have the correct size in stock and when I wanted a refund they informed they do not do refunds only credit or exchanges because of covid? I exchanged it for an item I don't really need and still needed to buy a sport shirt. I then went to boundary silk bazaar and bought the same shirt I just paid R361 at them for R190.

05 Oct 2020, 10:02We use different suppliers and fabrics to other stockists. All our fabrics are durability tested and our suppliers conform 100% to minimum wage requirements. We cannot comment on the product of the competitor however we can assure you our prices are competitive if like for like products are compared
