They are ridiculously expensive for cheaply made , poor quality items. Their service is underwhelming . They have yet to deliver on an order placed 6 weeks in advance. They are a ******* .

We have noted your comments. Please note that all manufacturers close in December and reopen mid January. Unfortunately this is out of our control. As soon as they reopen we will communicate estimated arrival, we will try our utmost best to make this as speedy as possible.

The manufacturer only opened mid Jan, we are now in week 5, I understand you are very eager to receive your ordered items. I have spoken to the manufacturer and your tracksuit will be delivered by Wednesday. Please could you bring the golfer in for us to assess.
