Worst Service and Child Endangerment

I have been a client since March 2021. I have 4 kids using this transport. My kids are late for school EVERYDAY. My kids get shouted at everyday! My kids have been left at school twice! On the 9th of May and again on the 19th of May 2022. I have had strangers dropping off my kids seeing how the driver shouts at my kids disrepectfully! I have a 5 year old and she was told to get out of the car or she will be dropped off next to the pavement because the driver didnt want to wait or come back for them. When you try to contact the owner of the company Collin (also known as Lebo) he does not allow you to speak, when you message him he says "stop harassing me" and then blocks me. I have paid for the full month of May 2022, he refuses to pick up the kids. I have not received a cancellation email not even a sms nor a refund. Since the accident in February 2022 the of the last driver that happened infront of me I was told and asked not to say anything. There is only 2 cars available in this company and they overload the vehicles, not even to mention the speeding or driving from the driver. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company nor agree to what is set out on this page. Where in your right mind do you take peoples hardworking monies and then leave kids for strangers to drop off..Thank God my stranger had a good heart as she saw how my kids were treated and brought them home. But maybe the next childs stranger does not have good intentions at all?? Something to consider!
