<p>My daughter stayed in one of the flats that they hire out for students. During the period I had several times have to phone them regarding the electricity bill as our payments did not reflect, and the best excuse I got from them was. O sorry the amount was cutt off on the page which I printed out for the payments received. My daughter moved out on 17 December and then when I asked can we please have the deposito back Alida told me it will be paid on the 7 January 2017. Up until today nothing was received from them. Everytime you call them they said they must have a look what the cleaning bill was. With the deposit they ask for a R1000 for cleaning but when you evacuate the flat they don't want to do inspection with you to see if everything is ok. Last week they confirmed with me that the cleaning bill is sorted out and that my deposit will be paid that same day, (18 January). Nothing up until today has been received from them.</p> <p> </p>
