Bad service

They think they can treat people like they want. When my son moved in and out there was no one to do inspection of the flat. When he moved out, we clean the flat and I send pictures to Alida, but she deducted thde cleaning deposit. My son stayed there for 2 years and they did not even repaired the faults that was logged with them. When he moved out they can't even found the fault report that was handed in 2 years ago. We bought a tag for the entrance gates and they told us when wd bring it back you will receive your R100 back, when going back to give the tag in, they just said we need to arrange with Big real estate for paying bzck the money. When you phone Big real estate theg say phone Schoenfeld estate. They think they can take peoples money like they want. You phone or send e-mails without responce. Just becarefull when there stay 2 people in the flat and one is in arrears, they send the other party a sms to inform that the other party is in arrears. Very bad service and people with a attitude
