Bad Experience 2020/03/21

Had a very bad experience today. We went there to get an open spot where no plants are infront of us, only to tell us we can move to a certain spot because that is the braai area (fine by me - don't have a problem with that) so the lady showed us a place on the jetty where we can fish, she walked with us and showed us exactly where we can fish. There was a big sign that says no fishing but she told us we can be there today because they are quite. We arrived at around 09:30. At about 14:00 there was another guy with a very bad attitude (regular customer) that was very rude and asked us to take out our fishing lines, we explained to him that the lady who is working here told us that we can sit here for the day and that she gave us permission. They wanted to jetski but there were more than enough space for them to launch and return. He then had a bad attitude and said he will go to the manager. He went there and came back still. The next time they launched the jetski his daughter/family/friend member went straight over our fishing lines. You could have seen that it was on purpose. I then went to the manager and told him that this is the situation and that it is unacceptable just to find out that they gave us the wrong spot and that after all we could have not fished there. I told him that i feel it is very unprofessional and that i will not let anyone handle me with so little respect so we will pack up and leave. I was so irritated because this place is expensive. R100 per person and R50 per car for such a experience. After i begun to pack up, the manager came to my fiance telling him that he is sorry and that people here is so rude (the regular customer - he has a reputation) and that it was their fault, but still, we were not in anyone's way. After my fiance told the manager exactly how we felt and how the situation has been dealt with, my fiancee asked the manager for a full refund. We received our money back and were asked to come and visit again. If there is anything that i can say to future people who want to visit this place, there is to many plants in the water, it is very dirty (****** wrappers and bottles everywhere) and unprofessional service. I will not visit or recommend this place to anyone.
