Unfair treatment

<p>My wife works for the company called Schnellecke that provides car parts to VW in Uitenhage. She was a data analyst but when they were called back after retrenchment their jobs were shuffled. She is now work on line that pushes trolley with parts. What is so strange is that she is doing that all by herself and on the days of her absence from work 3 people (males) are doing the job that is done by her alone. Supervisor is not saying a word. That is not fair.</p>
