Very helpful, went the extra mile; communication a bit lacking

Extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile with tricky electrical problems (ours concerned our alarm system specifically). Our only complaint was that the communication was somewhat lacking: it took a while (several visits on separate days) to get our problem resolved, and there were lengthy periods of silence between some visits when we didn't know if or when they were coming back. But when they were here, they were friendly, extremely helpful, and generous with their time. And ultimately successful -- they eventually did manage to solve our problem for us!
