Schmidhauser - a benchmark for client service

The past week I experienced impressive client service from Schmidhauser Electrical. They are not only efficient and highly knowledgeable about electrical compliance inspections, but their inspections and repair costs are extremely affordable. The electrician, Carl, was very courteous and helpful, but moreover he was honest in identifying essential repair work. He was also neat in completing the repair work, and adhered to all covid protocols while doing the inspection and repair work. The administrative staff, especially the admin assistant, Ibtishaam, and the finance team were quite efficient in making the bookings, keeping me continuously updated on the work progress and invoicing me correctly. Even the owner, Daniel Schmidhauser, showed a personal interest in the work progress and quality of the work done. Thank for doing the electrical inspection at such short notice and issueing the compliance certificate after a thorough inspection and doing the essential repair work at a rate that I could afford.
