Reliable, quality, service provider

Slowly building a relationship with this super company. I've been handed the reigns at our office for building maintenance. It's a very old building, and is more than one building cobbled together, which can make ascertaining where and what a problem is, tricky. The team at Schmidhauser respond quickly, are friendly and helpful, and have sorted out every request I've thrown at them thus far. A callout is always followed by an invoice within a day and an email from the owner/manager to check that you're happy with the service you received. What more can you ask for?
