Excellent Service

Past excellent. Quotations & invoicing were done by immediate request, although they had time to stall on it.

There workmanship was of outstanding quality & efficiency. Throughout the various phases of the job the Senior plumber kept me informed of the progress, without asking. What impressed me most, was the fact that I was given decent guidelines on how to be preventative, to avoid future similar deficiencies.

I did however struggle a little to get the correct person on the phone, but it must be kept in mind that nowhere in the world will everybody always be available.

Should the level of service remain the same, this company (Schmidhauser) will achieve the highest levels of success.
