Don't use for CoC!

This business was used by my agent to quote/issue of Certificates of Compliance for Electrical, plumbing etc. They were terrible. They were rude and unprofessional and made a clear attempt to price gouge assuming that as the seller I was under pressure to accept their quote etc. Instead of telling me their quote and explaining it, they sent to the agent, attorney etc. I had 2 other companies come in after them and they not only found MORE issues which Schmidhauser did not BUT they did it for less than half their price - full compliance cert issued. Stay away from this group of ******!
