3 weeks to fix a shower leak. I cannot use my bedroom - its a building site Schmidhauser makes you wait for them to arrive, keeping one out of office, and hows up 90 minutes to 7 appointments in a ROW.

They also treat their staff very poorly, (from what I can see, not what they say) by making them work 14 hour days with unfair expectations to deliver on. The poor team had not eaten breakfast, lunch or even a snack and were still hard at work at 19:30 at my home on a Friday night. They were too scared to even complain, they were the nicest bunch of guys - had I known that this is how they are treated, I would formally lay a complaint because they seem too scared of their employer to do so.

Disgraceful, greedy and unprofessional.
