Completely unresponsive

I am in the process of having a property transferred and a bond registered, with Schindlers Attorneys handling both processes. I have been waiting for a response from them for two weeks (Since 14th June 2018) with regard to how long the processes will take, as I need this information to decide on when to submit notice of cancellation for an existing lease agreement. If I do not submit this in time, I may be liable for payment of both bond on new property and rent on existing lease in the same month. I am paying Schindlers a lot of money for the regsitration of the bond and expect them to respond to simple queries, at the least.
