The staff at Schickerling, Bowen & Hesselink are friendly, helpful, and work very hard. I had a positive experience overall and appreciate their professionalism. However, I was unsettled to witness what appeared to be an older gentleman, possibly the director, shouting at and belittling a staff member in front of others. While my dealings with the staff were excellent, I hope all employees are treated with the same respect they show their clients.
