Terrence Schwartz, AKA, Guru Contractors, SCL Decking, Men at work, SCH Contractors uses Gumtree to operate. His modus-operandi is to get a 70% deposit for the job quoted and then never does the job. Stay away from this man. The police wont do anything because they say what he is doing is not ********. However, he has done this to so many people in the Northern Suburbs . He did the same to me. The work was for a Pergola and shutters. He started the Pergola after 8 weeks of hounding him and him coming back with every excuse under the sun. The pergola is shocking workmanship and I never got to see the shutters. He used every excuse under the sun as to why I was not getting my pergolas. I threatened him with legal action and eventually he paid me my deposit back 3 months later.
