<p>Had an email sent from Sceptre Insurance Brokers offering insurance for motorcycles. I responded with all the relevant and personal information, and received a quote. Shortly thereafter i received a cold-call from another insurer enquiring about insurance on my motorcycle, quoting the exact model. Not havin shared this info with anyone else, Sceptre clearly shared or sold my info on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Don't give them personal information, as they cannot be trusted.</p>
Within minutes of receving my complaint I had a response from Penny WIlliams at Sceptre. The response was an explanation that this was not their doing and that they wished to investigate. An impressive display of accountability by any measure.

I've just had a phone call from Sceptre and they have attempted to investigate. Although nothing could be discovered, the professionalism with which they have approached the situation is superb. I have requested that this review be removed from hellopeter.com, but whilst it is here do know that you are dealing with sincere people. Kudos to Sceptre.
