No Refund, No Response
I placed an order with Scentsational Parfums on 13 April 2026. When the courier delivered, they informed me that the product was damaged. I immediately chose to send it back rather than accept it. Since then, I have received no communication from the company. I have sent emails to follow up but have not received any reply. It is now 22 April, and I still do not have either my product or my refund. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. I request urgent resolution: either a replacement product delivered promptly or a full refund processed without further delay.
