****, DO NOT BUY!!!!

Ordered perfume for my wife's birthday on 4 February 2024. Derik notified me on 5 February 2024 via Whatsapp, ***, that they were out of stock and attached a list of items available. I declined and requested that they repay the money into my bank account, details of which I sent them after having requested it. Nothing happened and I again queried it on 8 February 2024 with a response that it will be checked with their Finance team. LAST RESPONSE SINCE. I notified them that I will lay a charge at SAPS Sunnyside and request the Consumer Ombudsman to shut down the website
