Refund needed!

Scentora really plays with people’s feelings. I cancelled my order same day of purchasing and I have sent multiple emails and messages with no response. My order got delivered and I got a wrong perfume. I have since been sending emails for them to come fetch their products because I am no longer interested. I want a refund and they must come take their **** perfumes
