Complaint

Please assist me with these people are selling perfume online. I have made a payment of R1100 in march 2021 till to date no parcel were received I did follow up numerous times with whatsapp number *** they read my messages but no response. Until 2 weeks back when they send a message to tell me they run a special in all perfume. I remind them about my previous parcel they my message and blocked me . A friend of mine refer me to hello peter please assist me to get my money back. I am so angry because they making me a fool
