"Chanel"No:5

I have bought Channel No 5 instore from a reputable retail cosmetic stores. The packaging of the box was infrmetior and sketchy the label of the "Chanel No 5 appears to be glued on manually slanting to the side.The smell was not rich and concentrated ..it's very weak and didnt even close to the one purchased .The company doesnt have contact numbers physical visits are not welcome and I have had no responses I just want to return this item and have the amounts refunded..Please return my funds.
