Poor Quality of workmanship

It is unfortunate that companies still deliver such poor quality of service, and that stating that they are an engineering company. I supp**** them with a sheet of brass to laser cut, I agreed with the owner about the job at hand, send the engineering files etc.. yet the results were a ****ed up hand punched, job with skew plates, oval holes, wrong dimensions etc.... R1000 piece of brass down the drain.... unfortunately I now find out that I`m not the first to complain about shoddy work...
