I had to follow up with telephone calls and mails for the payment plan. Requested a copy of singed documents got a photo. I requested to cancel my purchase it was declined after been referred to head office. No mails attached on head offices comments. Telephone no for JNB and Somerset are the same? Not happy with the treatment of this situation.
